About the event

About the Webinar:

As embodied carbon becomes an increasingly important consideration in construction, foundation solutions are gaining attention for their impact on a project's overall sustainability. Drawing on real recreation centre projects in Ontario, this webinar explores how different foundation approaches can affect embodied carbon, project performance, and compliance with emerging carbon requirements.

The webinar will tackle practical comparisons between deep foundation systems and ground improvement solutions, understand where the biggest carbon savings can be achieved, and discover how foundation decisions made early in design can influence the environmental footprint of an entire building.
