With furniture contributing up to 30% of the greenhouse gas emissions of a commercial building over its lifecycle, organizations must take a proactive approach to reduce this significant contributor to climate change. This presentation will explore the role of circularity in rebuilding the workplace and demonstrate the economic and environmental powerhouse of reuse & remanufacturing at scale. Participants will also learn about the role of office furniture in the circular economy, circular procurement strategies, and how organizations can maximize their assets through creative repurposing.
